     即便我要抱怨今年the wire rewind 50 of 2007 选的太保守了，以及有很多被国内朋友尊奉的佳作都没有归进去——我们几个也在豆瓣上有过近于刻薄的抱怨（现在来看是说的有些偏颇），但我承认the wire是真懂摇滚的，随着自己的积累，还越是这么觉得了。也绝对是对于摇滚精神的坚固秉持，而非所谓深度报道、噱头专题、随刊赠送这些小伎俩，让线路(the wire)这样一本杂志比很多新颖前卫的音乐媒体，更有群众基础，爱的人多恨的人少。
    
     如果有空，你可以向我这样把1994年到2005年线路杂志的全部rewind 50，仔仔细细的瞅一遍，甚至拿soulseek把每年前十名没听的都下上一遍。透过这林林总总五花八门的单子，你可以更加真实地触摸到the wire，那些老编们坐在你跟前告诉你，他们更追求前卫而非实验、独立而非特立、艺术品质而非技术含量、内容厚度而非形式拓展，是音乐与思想的并重而非一味追求奇声异响，线路杂志让摇滚的精神、lo-fi的气质、硬核的性格、低调的风范、叛逆的骨骼，成为老编们七八十年代青春期生活的浓厚缩影。让地下的风骨，成为贯穿整个the wire的音乐和写作基调，The wire选的是成熟并且热血澎湃的作品，街边的、地下舞池里的、酒吧里的、车库里的放浪气息，复古还原着五光十色的黄金年代。说到这里，你必不难理解象animal collective、the books、burial这些中青年乐队为什么跟宠儿似的，频繁列上榜单，恐怕正是在这些人身上，the wire老编们那种固执的、并不忌讳的，对于摇滚音乐黄金的集体追忆，可以痛快的实现！

     但我仍然很期望有一本杂志或者网刊也好，是有着更年轻的编辑团队，有更紧贴虚拟时代艺术趣味，以cyber-art精神理念为根基的、多元化的、高水平的前卫音乐杂志。我觉得一些网络刊物确实是不错，但是往往是依托网络邮购、自办厂牌经营。所以在品味的发展上定然会被大大的局限，因而也并不具备有新闻媒体本应具有的超然独立。需要象the wire一样能够固守甚至保守自身观念，却也更加鲜活的“年轻”阵地。我们太不容易满足是吗？
